Cardio 101

Join Amy Madsen in this pace yourself exercise class that will help you burn unwanted calories and get yourself into shape!  Amy is AFAA certified and has 29 years experience teaching fitness classes.  This program will incorporate low impact aerobics, resistance training and more into easy to follow routines that are geared for beginners as well as more as advanced exercisers.  Have fun while you get fit!
