Pre-Registration is Required & Easy to Do!

1. Register Online!

   Registering has just gotten easier! Now you can register from the comfort of your own home!
   
   1. Create Your Account - Fill out our online form to register your household with our online registration system. Create an account now!
   2. Receive Approval - It may take up to two business days (Monday-Friday) to receive approval of your account. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of household approval.
   3. Start Registering for Programs Online!
   4. Pay Online - Pay online using your PayPal account or your credit card.

2. In Person

   Our office is located at 515 First Street in Crete. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM till 8:00 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM. We accept cash, check, Visa & Mastercard!
   
   

3. Mail In

   Print out the Registration Form from the link below, fill it out, sign it and include a check payable to:

   (No receipt will be sent)
   
   

4. Drop Box

   Place your completed and signed registration form and a check or cash in an envelope and drop it in the night deposit slot located to the right of the front door of the Willard Wood Park Center. (No receipt will be sent.)

Voters registration card
