Refund Policy

1. The Crete Park District reserves the right to cancel any program/trip which fails to meet the required minimum participation level. Full refunds will be given in such instances.
2. Refunds will be granted if a request is made 1 week in advance of the start of the class/program. This excludes trips, craft classes, and other contractual programs in which refunds will be granted only if a substitute is found.
3. No refunds will be given after the class/program begins. The only exception is an injury which prohibits participation in the class or program. A written doctor's excuse is required for this type of cancellation, and the refund is subject to prioration.

A $5.00 service charge will be assessed on all refunds applicable to items #2 and #3 above. No refunds will be given upon completion of the class/program or on any deposit. Refunds will be processed by check on a monthly basis, following approval from the Board of Commissioners.
