We know that fitness has many meanings, but we have something for every level of fitness and age. Several of our programs have walk in fees in case you aren't able to attend on a regular basis.  Call (708)672-6969 to find out if the class you would like to try is available as a walk in.  Many of our long-running classes can also be joined in the middle of the session for a prorated fee.
