Information & Requirements

• Renters must be 21+
• Valid Driver’s License/I.D required.
• Rental facilities can be booked online or in person at our Administrative Center.
• Fee payment, security deposit and contract signage is required at the time of reservation to save a date.
• Security deposit will be refunded the following week after your rental date if all contract agreements are met and there are no damages.
• Fundraisers and events that charge admission fees require additional approval and require a 60-day advance notice.
• Residents of the Village of Crete and Nonresident Pass Holders receive the resident discount rate on rentals.
• Party enhancers and serving alcohol are an extra fee and require an insurance certificate through theeventhelper.com.
• No Alcohol is allowed at outdoor events.
• Rentals cannot be booked online within less than 14 days or more than 6 months in advance.
• For rental dates less than 14 days, more than 6 months in advance, or weekday rentals, please call our office.
